S.S. Dhillon


Mr S.S. Dhillon, the founder of Dhillon & Panoo LLC, graduated with an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Law from the University of London and was called to the English Bar in 1991. He began his legal career as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in February 1993.

Dhillon’s 22 years in practice has seen him carve out a formidable reputation for himself within the legal community and beyond. Well renowned and held in high esteem, Dhillon is celebrated as one of the foremost criminal lawyers among his peers.

Dhillon has worked on such a wide array of cases, ranging from the mundane, straightforward run-of-the-mill cases to much more multifarious defense scenarios in the State and High Courts as well as many Court of Appeal cases. Sunil Singh Panoo


Mr Sunil Singh Panoo is a Founding Partner of Dhillon & Panoo LLC.

Sunil read law in England and graduated with LLB(Hons) from the University of London in 1995. He was called to the English Bar in 1996 and was subsequently admitted as a Barrister of Middle Temple. Returning to Singapore, he was admitted to the rolls of the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1998.

Sunil’s 17 years of experience has seen him fought long and hard on behalf of his clients over an expansive spectrum of litigation matters. His tenacity and impressive skill sets have seen him garner huge success for his clients across the Subordinate Courts (now State Courts), High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Sunil has represented both business entities as well as individual parties.

His acumen has been a boon for companies, be they small, medium or large, as they go through their various corporate lifecycles.

S.K. Murthi


Mr Suppiah Krishnamurthi graduated with an Honours Degree from the University of London in 1991. He was admitted to the English Bar in 1996 and in 1998 returned to Singapore where he was then admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Murthi has been practicing law for the past 17 years. He has used his know-how to help his clients clear their names in highly contested criminal cases and ensured justice for them.

Murthi’s multi-faceted talents also sees him actively involved in civil and family matters. One of the very few legal counsels who are proficient in Syariah Court matters allows him to provide very much needed expert advice to his clients.

It is this expertise in these diverse areas of law that Murthi hopes can be of some real assistance to those who are disadvantaged yet in real need of legal advice. It is this belief that drives him to volunteer his services in the CLAS Pro Bono programme.

T.M. Sinnadurai


Mr T.M. Sinnadurai graduated from the University of London in 1999 with LLB (Hons). In 2001, he joined the Attorney-General’s Chambers (“AGC”) as a prosecutor. His stint with the AGC saw Sinnadurai inundated with a copious number of criminal trials. His legal mettle was honed during his term at the AGC, which saw him tackle all areas of offences imaginable in Singapore, ranging from the petty to serious crimes.

After earning his stripes with the AGC, Sinnadurai then joined the ranks of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”) as a Legal Officer. His job scope there saw him expand his area of expertise from criminal to civil works. As a Legal Officer with the IRAS, Sinnadurai was tasked with prosecuting offenders evading Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax. He also had to conduct trials assessing Property Tax matters at the Valuation Review Board (“VRB”) as part of his civil works portfolio.

In 2013, Sinnadurai join M/s Dhillon & Panoo LLC (formerly known as Dhillon & Partners) as a litigation lawyer. His in depth knowledge and strong background in criminal and tax work is a strong asset to the team at M/s Dhillon & Panoo LLC.
